   Best pharmacy in Liverpool, if not the whole of Merseyside. I love this pharmacy and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff are always professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, helpful and extremely pleasant. I tried all of my local pharmacies before I found this one. I have to walk over a mile, to get to this pharmacy, but I don't mind because I know that the staff here will always go the extra mile to help their customers. Thank you, to all of the staff. You are wonderful!

   I went to this pharmacy when I was 9 months pregnant with excruciating heartburn, I was unable to get a GP appointment so decided I needed to buy something for my heartburn rather than wait for the GP to prescribe. The staff were so friendly, they told me that I shouldn’t be paying and should get this on prescription, when I told them that I couldn’t get in with the GP, they helped me find a cheaper alternative to Gaviscon which really helped my symptoms. They have also helped us with medications for our daughter since she has been born. Thank you for showing me such kindness when heavily pregnant, in pain and very very hormonal.

   When you deal with this pharmacy you feel like you’ve landed on Mars. The first thing first they pick up the phone and they pick it up straight away. The next thing to know is that when I went there for an emergency set of prescriptions as soon as I walked in, they started getting it already before they even logged in and checked me out. By the time they logged in to see who I was the tablets were ready it was like service I’ve never received before. This might seem to you like a small pharmacy off the beaten track. I’m telling you that my husband’s experience is that you should be prioritising this and travelling the extra 2 miles to get me a new the shop is clean it’s tidy they have all the essentials you need. Great great attitude wonderful personalities thank you all very much

   My wife went into this pharmacy 9am Tuesday morning for a prescription and first ignored by the staff then spoken to very rudely then the staff turned their backs on my wife and ignored her again we certainly won't be ever using them again or recommending them to anyone else
