I cannot praise this pharmacy and all the staff enough. We are caring for a poorly relative abd he sometimes has emergency medicine sent. Everyone here has gone above and beyond to make sure its always there for him so he isn't in pain or suffering. We appreciate you all so much. Even today new years eve you've helped me twice. Thank you. X
The staff have always been helpful and the service very efficient. The pharmacist was happy to help me when I was signposted to them by my GP, and able to give me advice and recommendations to help me get better.
No problem with getting prescription, only waited a minute and prescription was ready. Parking is not great outside however, inside is quite small.
I asked at the pharmacy last Thursday for my repeat prescription. I went in today to collect my pills but was told they were not ready as the Handbrige Med Center had not signed off the request. I went to the center and was told that a request had just arrived so the delay was the fault of the pharmacy. Everyone can make a mistake but to tell a blatant lie is unacceptable. I hope my prescription will be available tomorrow.
Small pharmacy and shop. Customer service from the staff is great, the pharmacist is not so friendly and has also dispensed the incorrect items. Waiting times seem to be OK but can be quite long if the pharmacist is busy dispensing blister packs. Limited parking outside and entrance is not suited for anyone with mobility requirements. Located in handbridge village.
