   Finally I have found the right website to leave my review, after leaving two others on the wrong site oops. I joined the Pharmacy over 14 months ago, in that time I have seen Richard on a couple of occasions for different things, He was very professional and thorough and is well worth a visit to see him if you are not well he'll put you right. It was around this time the other half of the dynamic duo ( Tommy ) suggested that he could help if I wanted to give up smoking, I thought about it and decided to give it one final go, he was very supportive checking weekly my carbon levels to make sure I wasn't telling porkies about not smoking. half way through the 2nd week however I decided I was swapping one addiction for another ( the patches) so I gave them up as well. so if you are considering giving up smoking ( Tommy ) is the go to man he's as I said earlier on very supportive, and a final nod has to be to the wonderful team behind the dynamic duo who without their dedication and helpful assistance wouldn't be as good as it is Well Done All

   I decided to quit smoking and went to my local pharmacy for help — and I’m so glad I did. Tom was incredibly supportive and non-judgmental, taking the time to explain the different options available, like nicotine patches, gum, and inhalators etc. They helped me choose what would work best for my lifestyle and checked in regularly to see how I was doing. The advice and encouragement I’ve received from Tom has made a huge difference. Having easy access to expert guidance right at the pharmacy made the whole process feel manageable. The weekly breathalyser adds to my determination. I’m still on my smoke free journey but already I feel healthier and more confident every day. If you’re thinking about quitting smoking, I definitely recommend visiting your pharmacy for support — they have the tools and the know-how to help you succeed. Good luck, you can do it!

   Been going here for a while now. One staff member with bad attitude! My medication is never there, i order it weeks in advance both me and my partner go there and he has to suffer for weeks without his medication and so do i. It messes with your health! We have to miss our medication! Even when you do order your medication weeks in advance be prepared to wait weeks! Absolute joke!!

   Just terribly unreliable and anxiety inducing, quite often I am left without medication for a week or longer, it doesn't seem that there is any communication or follow up procedures in place, literally every prescription I've had for a few months there has been some sort of issue. around 2 weeks weeks ago they had missed two important meds (nerve pain - must not be stopped abruptly - CD medication) off my prescription and I've had to chase them up on it around 4 times now and I've been without for a cpl of weeks nearly... So it's been a fun fortnight of increased pain, anxiety and side effects relating to not having them. THIS CANNOT CONTINUE. I gave two stars because the delivery drivers are great, otherwise it would be a zero at this point.

   Often precription late, gp to blame but gp blames them,eventally get sorted one staff member often has bad attitude, more attention payed to customers would be good as i often feel as im crashing a party when i ask for assistance.

   Brilliant service, you just have to bear in mind surgery delays and book your script in advance of requiring it. Phoning also is a better bet than the online service as anything I have ever ordered on that has never come (not even once) but phone up and order and no problems.
