   My daughter is finding her repeat script has regularly been delayed well over a week as they no longer have much stock and order in. They have far fewer staff, around half the number it used to be when the lovely Karen B and Suzanne worked there to name only a few I knew. Also they are covertly judging people around their ability/inability to get to the chemist repeatedly, reliably, and safely. Judging without consent or deeper knowledge as to someone’s health and struggles. Staff seem generally fed up tbh & run off their feet and trying to do their best with limited resources. Yet online Well advertised anyone can have free home delivery? It’s not what the local branch are saying. It’s no wonder there aren’t serious mistakes. Also closed Sat AM so working people have no chance! Shambles

   Just been to pharmacy in Hawarden. Please do not make assumptions about individuals as I have just been lectured about not collecting my prescription earlier. Please note I suffer with anxiety/depression & struggle to go outside due to my anxiety. Having my prescriptions returned to surgery is a risk I have to take. Previously have stopped taking my meds due to the anxiety of getting there. I have long periods of being housebound & try my best under difficult circumstances particularly at this time. I do not appreciate the off handedness in which I was spoken to today. Additionally please do not make judgements about individuals when you have no idea what they are going through.

   Always welcomed with the biggest of smiles by Becky - who in my opinion is now the heart of this pharmacy and is caring, helpful and supportive to the nth degree. Most of the pharmacists on duty are also good and helpful but sadly the same can't be said for some of the locums they've had of late, being both unhelpful and rude. Thank goodness Becky was there to "save the day" for myself and others also visiting the pharmacy. I like and use the "prescription is ready" text service as it makes it easier for me to collect with having mobility issues. They do offer a delivery service but I'd rather collect while I can.

   I always get amazing service from our Well pharmacy my prescriptions are always on time and the new messaging service works fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they've got me through some bad times . It's great having such a reliable service .

   The pharmacists are unpleasant and even rude at times and for no reason and not only with me. I am going to ask the surgery to kindly send my prescriptions somewhere else from now on. Besides, it is mission impossible to park close to the pharmacy, making it difficult to access.
