    Would not recommend this branch. Had my prescription for over a week and when I went to collect they told me they would have to order it. Every weekend long queues and lots of unhappy customers. Always check your prescriptions before you leave the store as I have had medication missing on at least 2 occasions.

    If you can go to any other branch I'd recommend doing that... Had issues every single time here. Always same excuses made (short staffed mostly) even though they are never in a hurry to do much while they have you waiting half an hour just to tell you it's not all available. This happens too often to be unlucky. There is a option for a photo on this review... But no one wants to see what I think of this place!

    This has to be the worst pharmacy in Liverpool, rude staff who offer appallingly customer service. It took over 3 weeks and 5 visits to get basic medication. Badly run and badly managed

    Awful. Won’t be using this pharmacy again. Only had half of my daughter’s medication, when we returned to collect on the day they advised, they told us stock had come in but they had given it all out, and to come back on Monday. My daughter has run out of medication. They advised if they don’t have the stock we will have to get another prescription, even though they have only issued half of it. Trying to call the pharmacy to make sure it’s available for us to collect later and you simply cannot get through. Sainsbury’s itself no longer accepts calls to the store and the direct line just rings out. Awful service.

    If I could rate 0 I would! Visited at approx 4.15pm to collect a prescription that had been sent from the GP. Waited over 10 mins whilst 3 staff huddled out of sight. Debbie M finally asked "are you OK?". I replied "not really I've been stood here over 10 minutes" to which she began to rant they were "looking at the computer"! So snotty and aggressive. When I was handed the prescription she asked for the address and I gave our home address not knowing that my partner was still registered at his parents, so she didn't even check! Useless. Safe to say, we have changed the nominated pharmacy and won't be visiting there again!!

    My disabled Mum and Dad visited here today. Upon arrival the woman behind the counter walked away from my mum and totally blanked her. After waiting for a few minutes they shouted to see if anyone was serving only for a woman to come out and say she will be out in a few minutes and disappeared again. No apology, recognition of a disabled person stood waiting. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. My Mum and Dad left and walked away without purchasing the medication. What happened to customer service and just being kind.

    This has got to be the worst pharmacy i have ever come across. I collect medicines here for 3 family members and i can guarantee every-time i collect i come up with issues and leave empty handed. When i am waiting in the queue i can see other customers in front of me with the same issues. Today was the final straw when i went in with a text saying medicine was ready to collect at the pharmacy, to be told they dont have it. Lucky i get my own medicines sent to another pharmacy and have no issues at all and i have now persuaded family members to change also.
