Very helpful examined my son as they were closing an he had an infection and provided us antibiotics, much quicker a better service then sitting in hospital for hours! Thank you xx
I visited Cherry Lane pharmacy, thinking I would just be given some over the counter medication. The assistant was very helpful and asked my symptoms and asked if waited to see the pharmist I could have quick consultation and if I met criteria she would dispense me anti biotics
The staff at the chemist are great , carol is always happy to listen to you and advise you what to do , Cathy is great at her job she to will help were she can , great service and happy to go in there for advise
Just been into the this pharmacy because of an insect byte on my foot. The service I got was more than I expected and so helpful from the lovely lady who served me getting the pharmacist to check it out, that's what they call above and beyond a very rare thing these days. Thank you both for your help.
Wish I could give a zero star! The lady that is responsible for serving customers is absolutely rude! NO CONFIDENTIALITY ATALL! Felt so embarrassed leaving this pharmacy
I wish I could leave zero stars. I have used this pharmacy on behalf of my vulnerable sister for several years. We’ve had issues on and off over the years. The latest issues have left my vulnerable sister without access to her medication. There was a miss communication with staff. Staff cancelled my sister's blister pack without clarifying this was what was being asked of them. When I tried to discuss this with Carol the named Pharmacist she informed me, that staff didn’t need to clarify the issues before cancelling my sister's blister pack and giving away her space. This was done two days before a double bank holiday. She knowingly left a vulnerable penitent with no way to access her medication, due to her needs she realised upon a blister pack to ensure safe administration of her medication. Carol also knows it’s extremely had to get a blister pack space at other pharmacies. No duty of care was applied to this situation.
I really appreciate the customer service our professional pharmacy provides. They are all so friendly/helpful / and understanding they really seem to care. Carol and the team go above and beyond Exceptional .
Very busy prescriptions taking up to 1/2 an hour ..but staff still very pleasant...... no test kits you need to get there very very early
