I actually can’t with this place everything takes so long ques always massive and the service couldn’t be ruder. Changing my default to a pharmacy further from my house just to not have to deal with this lot.

I needed to see a pharmacist at this pharmacy, but I was informed that she was attending to someone else at that time. I was told to take a seat and wait. After about five minutes, the lady came back and told me they were not taking any more appointments for the day. First of all, I thought it was a walk-in service, and if the pharmacist is available, they would attend to you. I felt like they just didn't want to help me because the last person who spoke to me didn't even check with the pharmacist in the consultation room.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. After waiting 30 minutes to get a prescription from my doctor and then queuing at the pharmacy, the pharmacist decided to close for a 30-minute break. It’s unacceptable, especially since processing a prescription takes just a couple of minutes. This lack of consideration for customers’ time is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve their service.

I've had to move here since boots closed after 10 years of service. My meds are not usually in and I have to wait (which just great as my gp let's me order 3 days before only) ques are ridiculous I've never ever waited less than 30 mins even when script has been in for days before. On the plus side staff are apologetic and lovely, they are overworked and asda need more clinicians. I'll give it another month before deciding to stay :)

I have had a number of issues with this pharmacy, after leaving a prescription for over a week I returned to find they hadn't despensed it and didn't have one of the items in stock. When I returned for the ordered item they had dispensed it to someone else and I had to wait again! Not great when you're in need of specific medications. This has happened on three occasions now. Staff attitude is generally behaving as though you're an inconvenience and not a customer. Always unpleasant. They also sometimes close the pharmacy due to being short staffed despite being during advertised opening hours. Although they list the nearest pharmacies, that doesn't help when you're picking up a prescription. All around poor service, systemically under staffed with a bad attitude to customers. If you are in the area, have your prescriptions sent somewhere else.

Shocking customer service with zero compassion for patient needs Last night I attended at about 7:45, I wasn't noticed until about 7:50, the staff then accessed my information sent over by 111 in order for me to access a reliever inhaler. I couldn't collect my prescription in time before my regular pharmacy had closed due to a crash on the motorway. After getting my medication, another member of staff dressed in plain clothes decided to ask me for proof of the need for the medication. She requested and email or evidence...I found this strange. She asked no questions about why I needed the medication through a 111 out of hours request for medication. After a discussion she then pointed out it had now turned 8pm so she couldn't serve me anyway. Honestly the most bizarre and poor customer service I've ever experienced. I will not be using this pharmacy again. They told me to call back 111 and go somewhere else...this took me over an hour to organise. Thankfully the staff at Tesco pharmacy were much more interested in helping me access a potentially life saving medication.

My emergency prescription was sent here, I’m Ill with with suspected covid so sat in the car in my pjs while my fella went in to grab me an emergency prescription for my mental health. The women assistants were lovely, the main pharmacist on shift this Sunday was extremely rude to my boyfriend. He made me leave the car in my pyjamas with suspected covid into an extremely busy shop as he would not allow my boyfriend to collect. And then lectured me on the use of emergency prescriptions like I’m not a support worker in my day job and don’t already know all the information. The people I support are allowed access to a full months prescription on emergency. I was only granted 7 days. Nearly in tears at this point as my anxiety has spiked not having my meds and obviously very unwell. He handled the situation with such an attitude I felt the need to leave this review. Disgusted and extremely upset.

My prescription was sent to Asda pharmacy on 22/4 (2 simple items) I gave them a week and went to collect it today. After being left waiting for 15 minutes the assistant came out and said it wouldn't be long and suggested I do some shopping! She also said they only had 1 out of 3 boxes of my tablets, so I would have to return after the weekend for the rest. So despite having the script for a week it hadn't been prepared and they hadn't even got sufficient tablets in! Last Time I had a script sent there it took 3 visits on separate days to get the 2 items ..all visits of course included a wait. They seem totally cavalier about their customers time and certainly think we have nothing better to do than hang around in Asda. Maybe it is a ploy to get us to buy more stuff there. So I suggest ,unless you have plenty of time to spend hanging around Asda, you go to a different pharmacy.

I'm finding that some of the things I buy regularly are out of stock now, but on the whole it's a nice place to shop and the staff are lovely
