This is the second time I have been to collect only to be informed they don't have enough. Although there are signs about free delivery. I get asked to come back tomorrow. It is really frustrating.
For five years, this pharmacy has been serving me in the best way, and I would like to tell them that the word “thank you” is not enough for me.
Shocked in reading all these bad reviews, couldn't ask for better pharmacy to collect my medication from, lovely friendly girls and friendly lad always willing to make sure everything is correct for you with regular messages to say when prescription is done. I suffer terrible with anxiety and always felt comfortable coming in.
I went into the chemist a couple of days ago to dispose of tablets that I had taken from my uncles house who has unfortunately passed 2 days earlier. When asked if they could be disposed of I was told I had to take all tablets out of the packets because they couldn't take anything with names on. I never had a problem with this but did have with how disgusted and put out the staff looked about having to dispose of these items. Part way through I could see staff muttering behind the desk and glancjin over at me, to which one rude women then asked how much I had left because they could only get rid of a certain amount. I have no issues with taken things out of boxes or if they could only dispose of so much but the level of rudenss that accompaies the way these staff look and speak to people is disgusting even more so after you've just told someone that your relative has passed. You attempt to do the right thing and dispose of stuff properly and these people make situations so much worse. Avoid if possible.
Shocking attitude from manager, Never take responsibility for their poor management of patients prescriptions. Are talking about patients personal disabilities and difficulties among staff on the chemist floor. Apparently there are doing me a favour dispensing my 75 year old housebound father medication. They will not deliver to him and expect him to be able to carry 28 ensure drinks with a fractured spine in two places. Utterly disgraceful and shocking behaviour the management should be ashamed of themselves. Stay clear from this place.
Brilliant chemist they’re experiencing a few staffing problems at the moment due to pandemic but continue to do their best to go above and beyond for patients. Especially Mark the pharmacist. Who will go out of his way to make sure people are seen to as soon as possible.
Only got one star because I couldnt give none. Agree with most here in that if you can avoid this place then do so. Appalling customer service. Plenty of staff but try getting served they would rather stand about chatting to each other or they make themselves look busy when they're not. I'm lucky and can travel elsewhere but feel sorry for those who have no choice but to use this awful place. I'm editing from here having read some other comments of people who are happy with this chemist I'll just say they must be mistaken or been bribed because this is the worst chemist's with the worst staff EVER.
I would hate to work there. The staff do their best they have no competition so all the customers Go there understaffed a lot but I like it go on there. Have not got the energy to walk today these or any other chemist
Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Disgusting customer service, with no interest of customers needs. Urgent prescription ignored, always understocked. They'll promise to order in for next day.. and then it doesn't happen and they'll blame everyone else, it's never their own fault. Will never use this "service" again. Avoid at all costs!
Absolutely appalling. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. God knows how but they seem to lose my prescription about 50% of the time, the other 50% of the time it takes multiple visits and hours of my life waiting for them to find the prescription. Have they not heard of a filing cabnit? Should be shut down.
