Just received my first home delivery from Sedems pharmacy 10 Westminster road wish i knew about this brilliant medication home delivery service. Thanks to Steve my delivery guy and the lovely Karen who set everything up for me A great team at this pharmacy first class ⭐️
Small community chemist, got seen to fairly quickly.
The shop assistant greeted me friendly and my medication wasn't ready immediately but within a couple of minutes it was. The pharmacist came and explained about obtaining medication for a cheaper price. Overall a satisfying experience.
The dark haired (Asian) woman who works there should not work with the public, the way she speaks to people is disgusting. She is arrogant, rude, very abrupt and unprofessional. I will never step foot in that chemist again while she works there. It’s a shame as all the other staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. I wouldn’t even give a one star, but I have to so I can post a review!!!

Moved to the chemist because I was having trouble at my other. It looks like I've just made the same mistake been nothing but hassle since moving. My last chemist was pulled in for never being in when he was supposed to be. Looks like the same story here. Guys obviously think they are to important to turn up to their work when they are supposed to an I now need to stay off work costing me a much needed days wage!! Updated honestly without a doubt the worse chemist shows up late on a daily basis people have jobs to go to it this was anywhere else they would be sacked these people think they are to important to abide by the normal rules absolute joke
Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Great access for wheelchairs, mobility scooters or prams. Had my flu shot here and was quick and painless. Prescriptions are spot on, very well stocked chemist.
