   Went to Liscard Boots today four people behind counter, nobody waiting. Stood waiting, after about 2 minutes NOBODY had asked what I wanted. I said" I will come back tomorrow" and walked out. Disgraceful lack of service

   The last 3 months has been a shocking service in regards to prescriptions. The time it’s taking to get them and twice I have ran out due to their incompetence, two of my medications are vital to my health.i will defy be going to a different one. I’ve given 1 star because some of the staff are so lovely in there especially the Scottish lady.

   There nice enough but always shortstaffed which makes them grumpy.im thinking of getting my precription somewhere else though,its never on time and ive missed medication because of that.its a shame because its in a fab place.

   So visited boots pharmacy for post op dressing today. They didn't have anything on the shelves so asked at the pharmacy counter. The answer was no if it's not on the shelves we don't have it!! Not a good experience from a pharmacy. Told to use clingfilm!!!! Went to Superdrug and they couldn't have been more helpful. Asked if they had a dressing and the assistant was so lovely and helpful. Boots you need to review your customer service!!

   An awful experience. I suffer with migraines and was refused the over the counter boots own migraine relief. The pharmacist humiliated me in front of customers, leaving me visibly upset. A bit of tact should have been used here. It is usually a pleasant place to shop but for some reason there is a quite an atmosphere of bossiness going, customers getting shouted at as to where you can stand and where the queue is etc..... Totally turned me right off boots

   So they take bookings for flu vaccine. Keep sending you confirmation texts and emails for days before then when you show up they advise they have no flu vaccine... Thanks for making my 80+ year old mum traipse up to your shop for nothing. Appalling customer service.

   The staff at this shop knew I was anxious about my inhaler prescription, and I was so pleased when it arrived! Even more delighted when I got home, to see that one of the staff had drawn a smiley-face and best wishes on the packet! Thank you, everyone!
