Recently used the Pharmacy for their Ear cleaning service. Found it extremely helpful as I can now actually hear! Felt no pain at all and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Could tell the difference instantly in my hearing would 100% recommend.
Fantastic pharmacy. Had problems accessing medicines for our terminally ill father. The staff put 100% effort into sorting this out for us. We spoke to a number of staff as dad’s needs changed and everyone gave exceptional service. They also delivered dad’s prescriptions for us when we were busy caring for him. It felt like they were not just a pharmacy but an important part of dad’s care team. Thank you Oakley Pharmacy.
Great service it wasn't a long wait and the pharmacist was really nice and he made sure you didn't get hurt,my medication is going to be amazing and have a great impact.
I have always found members of staff to be friendly and helpful, often working under difficult conditions. However the recent new management has brought a much improved atmosphere to the business, promising new services with a polite professional attitude.
Waited 2 weeks for prescription to be delivered no show ,full of excuses, will be changing to another chemist
Staff seem to be doing their best amid chaos. Last week I queued outside, today I went to collect an item owed from my prescription and was told the computer system was down, if it was urgent it would be a 30 minute wait. Hopefully when their new system is installed fully things will be quicker and smoother.
The staff at this Pharmacy are very kind and professional. The same cannot be said of the owner who is very clearly having private financial conversations (in the millions) in a very loud voice. This is very upsetting for the satff, customers and GP's patients. If you are of a sensitive nature then I would avoid Oakley Pharmacy.
Opted to have prescription delivered, and every month had to get it collected after running out of meds. Terrible service
