Waited 15 to be served only to be told after the third visit that “ I was lucky to be getting my tablets “ all the staff seem to do is stand around and talk to each other no Customer Service whatsoever still waiting for tablets owed after 4 weeks staff are very abrupt changed chemist to boots I have been a patient at the doctors next door for 40 years and never been spoken to like that before it’s a disgrace and staff like that should not be employed to deal with customers if they are not suitable

Really gone down hill since pharmacist changed. Staff very disorganised and sometimes very short with customers. If it doesn't improve, I might go elsewhere.

No customer service at all. You are left waiting for 15 minutes whilst staff dispense in the back. Amount of times told prescriptions hasn’t come through from the gp next door. Changed to Lloyds, much better service open longer hours and text when script is ready.

Excellent service from all the staff. I have been using this chemist since it opened up next to my GP practice, the staff are very helpful & go that extra mile for any advice & help needed.

My GP has refused 6 times now to see my children since September and I got in touch with this local pharmacy as 111 told me they could dispense antibiotics. Turns out they cant and 111 are misinformed. However what they can do is listen and support your needs! Margaret was a lifesaver she went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. Thank you so much.

Easily - EASILY - the worst business I have to deal with on a regular basis. Rarely get your order right first time and when there’s an issue act as if it’s your fault. Really poor customer service generally and often seem to act as if they’re doing you a big favour by serving you. A number of times I have been left waiting while staff talk amongst themselves, a couple of times I’ve been queuing for 10 minutes or more before being told that they’re closing for lunch and I’ll have to come back later. Closing for lunch? It’s 2021. Organise your rota better, lunchtime is often the only opportunity people have to do things like pick up prescriptions. This is literally the first review I’ve ever written for a business, and I usually try to cut people some slack (especially since Covid) but the problems here are just constant and have been ongoing for years, and I felt something needed to be said - I would want to know if customers felt so strongly about my business. I’m going to have my scripts sent somewhere else from now on, as I’ve come close to losing my temper at Rowlands staff a couple of times and don’t want to do that. I know negative reviews can be disheartening for staff, but there really is the opportunity to improve on so many aspects of the way you work; I hope you do.
