   Went here today for a diabetic blood test. Really felt I was being listened too and looked after. Checked my weight, height blood pressure and blood sugar. Given results immediately, young lady very knowledgeable and suggested a quick word with the pharmacist would help. Very impressed and worth the £10 fee tout my mind at rest. Thank you so much

   Never get a full prescription always have to come back 2 - 3 times, some staff can be very rude, unhelpful and even told lies 2 staff in particular shame really as they let the team down !

   Started coming here a few months ago. They’re always short of something. I’ve never had a complete prescription filled at one time. Always have to come back. Took a prescription in for Victoza. I’m diabetic. I had 3 items on 2 scripts. Unfortunately my GP had forgotten to sign one of them so they wouldn’t give me the meds. This was Saturday evening. It will be Monday before I can get to my GP. Thursday before the signed script will be ready. Friday before I can pick it up - and Saturday before I can get it dispensed. Can you imagine what my blood sugar readings will be after a week with no injections? I’ll probably be in hospital having emergency insulin. This happened once before at my previous pharmacy. They took me to one side - explained that the prescription wasn’t signed. They gave me the meds anyway - and gave me the prescription back to get signed - to drop in the next time I was in the area. I get 16 items a month - but not from this pharmacy any more!!
