   Ordered on Uber. Asked for chilli sauce. Didn't get it. I got 2 pepsi drinks even though I selected Coke and Dr Pepper. The food is not like the other reviews, so are they sponsored or something? Chips stale. Chicken steak is actually BBQ Chicken Steak. ( I hate BBQ Chicken). Haven't got to the burgers yet. Probably won't. Will request refund on Uber Eats. Takeaway can pick up the food if they like.

   After a previous incident where the food was not up to standard the manager contacted me and offered to replace my pizzas, after receiving the replacements I can definitely say the food was amazing, hot and the pizzas were so tasty!! Will definitely be ordering again, highly recommend the pizzas

   I left a bad review the other week due to ordering and waffles been uncooked in side, however, soon as I left the review vibes gave me a call to discuss this when we found out the waffle machine had broken but the cook did not notice, vibes could not apologise enough and gave us free waffles as soon as they got a new machine as well as adding extras onto our order for the inconvenience! I have to say I am very impressed by this as it’s not often places do this anymore. I absolutely love vibes and just a phone call to apologise in the first place still made me order again the week after ☺️

   Used to be the best takeaway in holmewood, however it has been taken over by new owners and they've completely destroyed that menu. The food is now disgusting, and they got our orders wrong so definitely won't be ordering from here ever again due to the new owners. However vibes was the best takeaway in holmewood when the original owners were there. What a shame

   Got my order wrong, and the food that did come wasn't edible. Dry, and over cooked. I called to discuss. Was offered a replacement but I didn't want that after seeing the quality of the food that was sent. I asked for a refund, but was told they don't give refunds. I told them I'd leave the appropriate feedback. To be told very sarcastically "ok then thanks bye!" Before they put down the phone.. made many orders in the past, and recommended several times, but never again!

   Always see vibes when driving by and always say will try it one day... and that one day was yesterday! How to summarise this food place... THE BEST TAKEAWAY EVER! You get so much more food compared to paying the same at other places such as Mc Donald's or KFC.. seriously would recommend this place to everyone and it is definitely a MUST TRY! Loads on the menu and let me tell you now it tastes amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! Plus the home delivery guys are always so nice as well!
