Really good service at the chemist for my little sister. She needed a consultation and the guy was very professional. Thank you, highly recommended.

Extremely rude staff on the phone. Called to see if my tablets where in yet as I've been waiting weeks for them to be shouted at and told I should have picked them up. I've been calling weekly to see if they was in to be told they was on order and to try again next week. Today I called again to check to be shouted at. All I was doing was asking how I could avoid the situation as I can't get another prescription as its a controlled drug and I can't take it anywhere else as they have partly dispensed it so I HAVE to get the rest of them. She said I wasn't listening to her and she was going to put the phone down so I said I am listening, and asked what I needed to do, she raised her voice at me again and said I should have picked them up. Tried to explain I have been ringing and there was none in stock at which her reply was if I'm not going to listen she wasn't explaining again and put the phone down on me. Appalling behaviour.

What an appalling service. This is supposed to be a commercial pharmacy but the staff behave atrociously to customers. They are surly and rude to people they should respect. They are imposing ridiculous distancing measures when the rest of the world has moved on. They say it’s to protect staff, who presumably discard that pretence as soon as they leave and like the rest of the world go to Tesco with no mask on. I have now changed to Boots. I would recommend everyone else to, too. I suggest the staff spend 5 minutes in a proper pharmacy and see how it’s meant to be done!

They are so disorganised and sometimes rude. They have also told me they didn't have an order from the doctor, when they did. Also the queuing outside for older people in winter is a bit off. The rules of covid have changed everywhere else, so why are they any different. Used to be a brilliant chemist, don't know what happened. I have moved to a different chemist and very happy, no longer treated like an inconvenience.

This place is a mess. Fithly floors with months of dust and dirt, and that's just what you can see. Goodness knows what's going on in the back. It's little wonder you can find yourself waiting ages in a queue outside for a regular repeat prescription. There is stock and prescriptions all over the place. Maybe organised chaos, but it looks highly unprofessional. Quite often you can't get through on the phone to check your prescription is ready. Even when it is ready, they still have a 3 person only limit, which means you often end up in a queue. Then today, I couldn't believe my eyes when I attended to collect an acute item at around 9.40am. A girl, around 4 years old was assisting pharmacy staff putting away stock of meds. Granted she was only passing boxes, but this is totally unprofessional and potentially dangerous. It seems her mother, one of the counter staff, may have had childcare issues. Maybe because of the teaching strikes. Regardless, a pharmacy is no place for a child!

Not only did the delivery driver deliver to my old address despite having new address, he handed medication for epilepsy to some random workman and I have to now wait to see if they can get the medication back for my son

I understand the need for precautions regarding Corona and all that. Unfortunately the system they have in place is not good. With only 3 people to be in at a time and the wait being up to 15 minutes for the meds sometimes, you have many people waiting outside. I spend a total of 35 minutes there, and I was 3rd in the queue outside when I arrived. As I got out there were 4 people in the small entrance and 5 people waiting outside. I believe there must be a better system put in place that protects the staff as well as the custumers that need to cuddle in the entrance to escape the rain.

Incompetent and unprofessional pharmacy; last time I was there I was told to come back another day to collect my inhaler as they couldn’t be bothered to process it before they closed. Today, after submitting a repeat prescription last Thursday, I walked 25 minutes to be told ‘oh, we don’t have this in today.’ Shuts for an hour at lunchtime, never open at the weekends, and they might be open until 18:15 but they clearly have a last orders policy at 17:30. Will be switching to Boots for future prescriptions.

Pretty much monthly they forget something out of my prescription and I have to chase them. Too be honest when I've been in, they talk that much to each other not work related, it's no wonder things get missed. Plus they cannot hand out prescriptions without the pharmacist being there. Basically between 9-5 only.
