I was really disappointed with my experience at Marco Polo . Our cookie dough order never arrived, and when I contacted the store, instead of helping, the staff blamed Uber for the issue and were quite rude about it. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor attitude made it much worse. I was looking forward to trying their new cookie dough range , but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again. I hope they work on improving their customer service and communication.
What a shamble! Dont ever use their website to order. The website accepted our order but the restaurant did not receive our order. We waited 2 hours for our food to be told the website is down and there is no order! This was after calling them an hour after ordering, giving our address and being told the food is on the way! What a joke!
Another wrong order delivered from this place...very rarely get any order correct so really don't know why I still order..Another Refund from Just EAt the only place I ever need to get a refund from is this place if they aint sending burnt food...its wrong orders. And when you phone to complain theys nothing they can do no matter how much you have just spent or how overpriced they already are...

WOW! Absolutely amazing back to school dessert brought back memories of when I was in school! Tasted just like a proper homemade cornflake tart with lots of custard and massive portion size of the tart hit the right spots! Would definitely recommend giving Marco Polo a try you won’t be disappointed.
Great location and easy parking outside. Clean tables and chairs. Great service and friendly staff. Ice cream was fine and the cookie dough went down a treat. Just the waffle seemed dry and not fresh. But other then that, would have been 5 stars.
