   First time I’ve had to get my tablets from this pharmacy as just left the military, they had my prescription for 8 days, I went to collect my tablets and they only gave me a quarter of the dose of tablets that i needed after I’d built up to get to over the past year, also I was stood there for 30 minutes while they served absolutely everyone before me even though I was the first customer there. I go back 2 days later to be stood standing there another 15 minutes to be given fast acting capsules rather than slow release tablets the doctor prescribed (there’s clearly a reason I was prescribed them ). I’ve not had any other issues in any other pharmacy while on these tablets but if your planning on going in there, be prepared to come out with something different to what the doctor prescribed and expect to come out aged by 10 years due to the lack of anyone having a clue what’s going on in there.

   Boots Pharmacy, on Castle Street, Ruthin, is one of two principle High Street chemists in the town. Until about the late 1980's a third longstanding privately owned Chemist was located adjacent to Boots, and was eventually bought out by Boots. Today, Boots provides a well populated inventory of prescription medicines, together with a retail operation for healthcare and digital film processing. For those with places to go and things to do, this outlet supports an "order and collect" facility.
