   Exceptional, outstanding and inspiring service received at the Bradford centenary square branch this evening. The unity of staff and effort from all that has been above and beyond expectation has made for a comfortable setting and pleasing experience for everyone enjoying their meals this evening. The communication and happiness omitted from the staff is reassuring and even the chefs are all smiling and motivated. A very relaxing atmosphere has been created by the leaders and staff of this branch. Well done to everyone. Never received service like this before but it fees like the norm here.

   Went on bank holiday Monday with my friends and was expecting it to be busy but it was surprisingly quiet. Didn't have to wait for a table and had our food in about five mins of ordering. Staff were friendly and made sure to greet us/thank us after the meal. Food was hot and delicious too.

   I recently visited Nando's in Bradford and tried the boneless chicken platter. As usual, the chicken was delicious, with that classic Nando’s flavor, but I did feel that the portion size was smaller compared to other options in the same price range. The counter staff didn’t give the warmest welcome, but on the positive side, the serving staff was very friendly and approachable, making up for that initial impression. The ambiance was great, especially with the sunny weather, which made the dining experience much more enjoyable. Overall, a nice visit, but I hope they can improve on the portion sizes for the price.

   Great service from the welcoming staff.We were given the option to order over the phone via QR code. As soon as we ordered and no longer than 15 minutes, we had our food and it was a great standard and overall the place was clean and staff was accommodating. I love this branch anytime. Food is absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend a visit.

   Visited during a Monday lunchtime. Plenty of tables available so got seated straight away. The outside dining area was not set up even though it was nice and sunny. Ordered a sharing platter and two individual meals. Food was hot and the chicken was soft and tasty. Great service. Staff were friendly, smiling and very helpful.

   A quick meal chosen by my mum for her birthday. The staff are literally always great, super friendly and very polite. There seems to be a newer manager, but he's also very lovely! They allowed us to choose our own seating (window seat), the food was on point (as always), it was a fabulousy warm day, and most importantly, my mum had a great time. Thank you for your fabulous customer service!
