   Myself and my brother were attacked. We understand the club cannot be responsible for the behaviours of others. However they are responsible for their own behaviour. With my brother having blood rushing down his face and disoriented. The bouncer threatened to kick him out after he had just been attacked. My brother tried explaining what happened and tried locating his glasses. The bouncer continued to be disrespectful saying he is going to throw him out himself if he does not move. Yes that's right. We was removed, the attackers were allowed to remain in the premises. The Manager of Jaks had appalling customer service, he was more interested about sweeping it under the rug. He didn't call police instead suggested to wait to review the footage when they close. We had to call police ourselves. He was extremely rude. Ryan the operations manager called me back to just confirm "I've given you a call just because you deserve a call really". To say the least, he wasn't bothered. He refused to provide the names of the bouncer that behaved disgracefully. He also kept whinging that the "staff deserve a day off" when I messaged them about what happened. Yes, I wasn't happy that they blanked my message. Why would I care about your staff having a day off when they showed zero care to me when I sustained injuries? Absolutely laughable. If God forbid you're ever attacked in Jaks, don't expect them to care or assist you. They are more bothered about themselves. No first aid was applied to myself or my brother that sustained injuries.

   Can be great with the music and general vibe but last time a staff member had a go at me for waving them over to get my spiked freind water ASAP. There was no need for the staff to be rude with me for trying to help a spiked friend.

   I usually get on with the doormen at places like this as they’re always nice and polite but won’t take any funny business which is fair enough. The doorman at this place, however, was absolutely disgusting. We had been in previously but went out for about 5 minutes to find our friends. After we came back, we had to show our ID only to be followed with “you need to sober up”. Before we even had time to tell him otherwise, he was already threatening to “twat you right here right now”. Much to our disbelief, he then proceeded to let two 16 year old girls from our old school in without any ID whatsoever. I don’t recall anyone wanting to go on a night out just to be treated sub human even after we’d paid to get in the first time. Ridiculous.

   As if this club is even rated anything more than a 1star! I got my stuff thrown at me by one of the bar staff who claimed he was the 'manager' all because I told him to calm down when he shouted in my face. I was then practically thrown down the stairs by them paid scumbags they call bouncers who laughed at the fact the bar man had thrown my stuff at me. I wouldn't waste my time unless you get off on paying to be physically and verbally abused.

   Left passport and keys . Jacket and phone on Saturday night . Bouncers wouldn't let me back in . I returned Sunday and collected my phone and jacket . But No PASSPORT OR KEYS SO I CAN'T GO HOME TO IRELAND. NO BLOODY ANSWER EVEN THOUGH JACKS SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME . They had no problems takin my money
