All the reviews are from at least 5 years ago. idk why no one puts out more reviews, but I'd like to try. So the location is great, the flats are good, neighbours are friendly. The building is built in 2004, not old. A little bit background noise, but hey. If you choose to live right by the shopping malls and roundabouts, that's kinda what you paid for. BUT, the building management (Sebright Management) is doing a lousy job. I lived there from 2023 Dec to 2024 Dec. The fire alarm went off 5 times during my stay, mostly at 4 or 5 am, once 7am. All of them false alarms. The entire building evacuated, residents swarmed the lobby (many were families with little kids) and waited with drowsy eyes, the fire brigade came, no fire. From what I heard, the frequency had actually decreased. The worst was several times a month, some time before I moved in. After the 5th false alarm (late Aug), I emailed my property manager from the leasing office's side to understand my options. idk what happened exactly, my best guess is that they filed a complaint, which was not my intention. The concierge Ilias was upset and took it out on me, because I didn't cover up for their incompetence. He told me to move out, to which I said, the problem remains, with or without me. He shrugged and said, "People just keep moving in. I don't know why." There are many more unpleasant details, which I won't elaborate, nor do I want to recall. The next weekday, right after I went grocery shopping around noon as always, the elevator became out of order conveniently right after I left. I lived on the 6th floor, had to climb the stairs when I came back. Ilias was sitting right at the front desk when I left and back. He didn't say anything about the elevator both times, just smirked at me. I reported the elevator outage by message, but the message was completely ignored, not given an explanation, nor a notice when it was fixed. I have never heard of the elevator being out of order the entire time I lived there. I moved out right after the lease ended. I wanted to post this review right after I move out, even file a formal complaint on Ilias, but eventually decided not to bring old issues into my new home. I'm posting it now, because I heard that tonight (Feb 22), a Saturday night, the water in that building is completely out since 7pm, because a software glitch is stopping all pumps from getting water. They're expecting an expert to come check it tomorrow morning. This is also not the first time. They had water outage problems the year before I moved in. At this point, I just feel bad about keeping all this information in the dark. Potential future residents, you deserve to know what you're getting into.

Just a 2 minutes walking distance from Harrow on the hill bus stop and railway station. You can find shopping malls, grocery stores and many other fashion stores with in a mile. Rent for 1 bedroom is usually around 1125 pounds.

Close to public transport and shopping centre. No parking for most of the flats
