   I had a great experience with this estate agent from start (with Paul and Jack) to finish. They were all professional and helpful, but most importantly Amber was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was clear, consistent, and always prompt, which made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Amber was proactive in chasing updates, keeping all parties aligned, and always happy to help or explain things when needed. I really appreciated how approachable and supportive she was and I genuinely felt looked after at every stage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

   Avoid any properties from this agency with the MARSHALL VIZARD TEAM for your own safety. Their flats are infested with mould and pests, which they deliberately cover up with paint and then blame you for. I was trapped in a year-long contract living with mould, and as someone with asthma, my condition has significantly worsened since renting from them. Their lack of assistance is appalling. They neglect their responsibilities and seem indifferent to the suffering of their tenants. Now, I find myself making regular visits to my GP just to manage my asthma. The staff is unprofessional, particularly Angela and Alycia, not to mention the previous owner, Neil Marshall. It’s clear they forget they are running a business and have a duty to respect their tenants. Once you sign a lease, you receive no respect or support. I've experienced extremely concerning behavior from the staff. Angela showed up unannounced and attempted to enter my property. Thankfully, I had the latch on; she even tried to reach through the letterbox. When I challenged her on this unacceptable conduct, she rudely claimed she had the right to do so, insisting she had given notice, which she did not. It was later confirmed no notice was given, yet I didn’t receive an apology. Neil Marshall took no action when I reported this incident. How can you feel safe or secure in your own home under these conditions? They are sneaky and scammers when it comes to retrieving your deposits. They refuse to give proof of invoices stating that tenants have not entitlement to view it, and purposely charge you more than the cleaning company that they hire. In light of these experiences, I urge prospective tenants to consider alternate housing options for their own safety and well-being. Please look elsewhere.

   I reached out to Foxtons back in June with the intention of listing my flat, but no one ever came back to me. Months later I then received a couple of letters in the post from them to my property listed addressed to “the owner” which they had sent seeing I had advertised, they were suggesting I contact Foxtons if I didn’t get enough interest in viewings with my current agent, which was frustrating, as I had already tried and been ignored. I did then email the operations director of sales who’s name was signed at the bottom of one of the letters, and he didn’t bother to acknowledge my email. If they couldn’t be bothered to reply to an email from someone looking to list a property, I would have little faith in how they would handle potential buyers enquiring about my property

   Ashley @ Imagine in Watford did a fantastic job of selling our house. His communication was excellent. We received fast and thorough feedback from viewings and he sold the house very quickly. The sales progression was handled very well also by Hanan @ Imagine, who was so helpful in making sure everything moved along as it should. We would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

He was in constant touch with me (and still is) to resolved all my queries/problems until i was well settled in to my new house.Really professional, always responding in a timely manner.    I have been renting my house with Imagine for 3 years now. Sophie usually handles my renewal which is complicated as it involves guarantors etc. I couldn’t ask for a more efficient, friendly and helpful person to get my renewal done. She communicates speedily and is always on hand to answer my never ending questions. She is also very sweet and personable which makes it even nicer having to deal with the admin that goes along with a renewal. I’m very happy with the agency and she is definitely an asset to the company. Here is to the next year with imagine.
