   Extremely poor management that only seems to care about maximising occupancy and cutting costs. One lift was broken for over three months, leaving just one working lift for over 100 flats, which is unacceptable. The building is dirty and poorly maintained. Bin stores regularly overflow, causing piles of rubbish to build up on the floor. The car park is never cleaned — rubbish, cobwebs, and empty bottles everywhere — and a broken shutter even allowed foxes to enter. Emails are rarely responded to, and issues only get actioned after chasing numerous times or going to reception in person. Overall, very poor management and customer service Ayan the property manager is also very dismissive and unapproachable. Not worth what you pay. There are far better places offering much better value for money, and I ve now moved elsewhere.

   ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I have been living in Bradstowe House for almost six months now, and my experience has been entirely negative. The building is poorly maintained, and management is extremely unresponsive. The co-working space and communal areas often stay dirty for days after weekend events, and since the new management took over, things have only gotten worse. Security and hygiene have been major issues: broken doors, foxes entering the parking area, trash left outside bins, and even an incident where someone entered the building and defecated in the lift, which took two days to clean. Maintenance inside the flats is just as bad, with mold issues that go unresolved for months. Overall, I deeply regret choosing this building. The only benefits were the location and school access, but the living conditions have made the experience miserable. I strongly do not recommend Bradstowe House.

   Bradstowe has gone downhill under HCGB's management—the lift hasn’t worked for months, communal areas are filthy, and maintenance takes forever since they removed the on-site team. Even worse, staff pressure residents for fake 5-star reviews to hide how bad things are. Avoid this place if you want decent living conditions in Harrow.

   Living in Bradstowe House under HCGB has been a nightmare. When HCGB took over Bradstowe House from Greystar, we thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Our lift has been broken for nearly three months — three months of operating close to 200-300 flats just with one lift — with nothing but the same excuse: “We’ve ordered the parts.” No timeline, no urgency, no progress. Under Greystar, issues were handled in a day or two. Now, we feel ignored. Simple maintenance requests vanish into thin air, and our daily lives are made harder by a management team that doesn’t seem to care. It’s exhausting, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about renting in Bradstowe House currently run by HCGB, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

   The property manager Ayan has been incredibly helpful and supportive, consistently attending to any issues that arise in a timely manner. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and our experience here. Additionally, the variety of engaging programs offered in the building has been a fantastic way to connect with neighbors and learn new things. These educational activities truly enhance our community living experience. Overall, Bradstowe House is a lovely place to call home, and I appreciate all the efforts made to create such a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
