The location is an 8/10 .The apartment is beautiful and modern. However, the beds were very uncomfortable,The mattresses may have to be changed. There was this sound of water flowing through lines that made sleeping difficult at times. Regulating the temperature of water while bathing was a problem. You turn the tap to cold or warm and the water is burning hot . The tap handle gets so hot , you can’t even touch it . There was this pungent smell of smoke( weed) in the apartment, we had to literally pour our perfumes around to help get rid of the smell.

Very bad experience. I booked an apartment on the 3rd floor and it was clearly mentioned that there was an elevator, but when I arrived, I found the elevator out of service during the entire stay. We had to use the stairs every day, which caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for elderly family members. What made it worse is that there was no compensation or cooperation from the hotel to solve the issue. The service was not as promised, and I will not repeat this experience. .................... Update Thank you for your reply. However, during my entire stay the elevator remained out of service, and no alternative solution or compensation was offered. I also requested a refund so that I could look for another place, but my request was refused. I had clearly mentioned that I was traveling with elderly family members, and it was extremely difficult for them to climb the stairs every day. Because of this, we had to spend most of our time outside just to avoid going up and down the stairs more than once a day. This apartment was supposed to be the best choice for me and my family based on the reviews on Booking.com and the high price compared to other options, but instead it turned into a very negative experience. The suffering my family went through due to this issue left us deeply disappointed. What made it worse is that even Booking.com did not handle the matter properly, refused to refund the amount to help us find an alternative place, and this made me lose trust in the platform as well.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at 20 Hertford Street, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Amina, the weekend receptionist. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, approachable, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. When we didn’t have enough cash for the deposit, Amina kindly allowed us to check in, relax, and unwind before going out to find an ATM. This small gesture made a big difference and showed just how considerate and professional she is. She also promptly prepared an invoice when we requested it and made sure to check in with us daily to ask if we needed housekeeping. Her attention to detail and warm, welcoming manner truly elevated our stay. We’re so grateful for her kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend Amina to anyone visiting. She’s a credit to the hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Recently renovated so that seems to have fixed some of the problems that are complained about in other reviews. Lovely staff, great flat which gave us views of the flyover for the jubilee! Lift is small and slow but more than sufficient. Would recommend! Great living room for having a guest over for a cup of tea etc.

We do not recommend this place. These apartments have nothing near luxury. We have taken multiple pictures of the damaged elements of the room and the only one that we did not capture in a picture has been charged to us 300£ !!! A mark on the carpet that cannot be seen on a picture. Though, another mark was there prior to our arrival which we did take a picture of (see attached) They even have a message saying that they will charge customers if the towels are dirty, that tells a lot about their intentions. Hopefully we were not charged for the towels… Price is high for what it is. Service is average. Customer relationship is terrible. If you ever consider going there - even though our bad review - we recommend you take pictures of every single defect upon arrival. Again, we do not recommend this place at all. —— We don't recommend this place. These apartments are not luxurious. If you ever consider going - despite our poor review - we recommend taking photos of any flaws when you arrive. Again, we do not recommend this place at all.
