   Recently completed on a property being sold by Robsons Northwood. The agent on the property was Luke Benton who was extremely professional, approachable and easily contactable throughout the entire process. He communicated efficiently between us, the sellers & the solicitors, made sure to promptly follow up on queries/ progress and was honest throughout the entire purchase. After completion there were some issues with property access and leftover furniture (fault of the sellers), but Luke continued to support us and helped us find a solution quickly. He went above & beyond and truly appreciates the value of long term relationships in the property industry. Highly recommend the personalised service at Robsons and in particular grateful that Luke was the agent, he’s an asset to the company!

   It is with great pleasure that I write this review. The team at Robsons (Jo, Gary, Simon) are absolute amazing. They are very understanding, respectful and patient. The team is also very welcoming and they make you feel at home the minute you enter the office. My agent was Jo and honestly I couldn’t have obtained the property without her zeal and support. I can’t thank Jo enough. Jo encouraged me to go and a bid for a property I wanted. I didn’t think I’d get the property but her reassurance was very encouraging. I finally got the property and so grateful to Jo. Communication is top notch. Jo picked up every single phone call even after work hours to answer all my queries. I’m grateful to the team. Look no where else if you’re looking for estate agent for all your property needs.

   Jo at Robsons helped us finding new home in new city. She is very much reachable, very quick in response, and very polite. She explained entire process thoroughly and answered all the queries we had. I had opted for another house, but she was able to suggest and convince me that one she is suggesting is better one. She understood all our concerns and made sure those are addressed. She kept us up to date on the process at every step along the way and valued our time. One more thing I would like to highlight about Jo, which I observed is that she is very much dedicated to her work and loves doing it. Once house viewing was done, Simon helped us with referencing done and it looked we could move in soon. I made advance rent payment including deposit. Then there were unexpected delays which were not within our control. He also offered another house nearby, but that was not fitting in our requirement. He puts lot of efforts to make sure we can move in on time, but things did not work in timely manner. Finally, he made sure I get all my payments back with in an hour. I really appreciate all the hard work done by Simon and team and giving 5 stars. I can thoroughly recommend Jo and Robsons. Entire team is very professional and best in their field!

   Gary came out to see my property and I was very quickly convinced that he understood my requirements and would work hard to find me a suitable, well vetted tenant. We had numerous conversations along the way and I always felt very comfortable and trusted his advise. . The working relationship with Gary was open and honest with a little chit chat and humour along the way, never rushing me of the phone but willing to listen to my concerns. Jo was also really helpful, easy to talk to while we discussed viewings and while making my final decision. To be honest, all the staff at Robsons are really nice, helpful and professional. My transaction progressed with ease with little to no involvement from myself. Thank you Robsons for a stress free tenant find. You made it so easy for me. And to Louise who worked tirelessly to get the tenancy agreements out while she was unwell, Thank You All.
