Excellent, personal and professional service from start to finish. The team knew every property we viewed with them - there was none of the 'I need to check with the office' 'I don't know I only work Saturdays' to queries and they didn't rush us once. Thanks to them, and Aaron in particular, we found the perfect home and agreed it at a fair price with the seller. The team also went above and beyond the other agents in the chain, almost organising the remainder of the chain - to get everything resolved in less than 3 months from offer acceptance. If we had a home to sell or rent we wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Miles and Bird Estate agent was the worst experience to date buying a home. Let me bullet point many issues we had buying this home. All was covered to avoid the following issues: Cross Meters Broken Doors and walls falling apart Electrical wires completely damaged Holes underneath the peninsula A loft falling apart Bifold door completely damaged (we weren’t allowed to touch the door cause of COVID) The estate agent had a strong relationship with the builders that left the house is a terrible state. Before exchanging we were promised fitted wardrobes and other fixing, they cancelled this the day before. I’m outraged. I tried to contact the estate and builders, with no success. Check your homes properly before buying from Miles and Bird Estate. Almost now 2 years trying to fix everything bit by bit. Awful experience.

Amazing customer service!! We couldn't recommended Miles and Bird highly enough. Having recently sold our property we could not have been more impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by Andy and Naz, from viewings to exchange they were fantastic.
