   Edi from Belvoir has been really helpful and approachable throughout our renting process. As you can imagine, some things don't always go as planned when moving house, and they've been kind enough to accommodate a few last-minute requests. Recommended.

   I have dealt with many state agencies before, this has by far been the worst one yet. The service is terrible. I was renting with this state agency and they never sorted any issues with the house. if i complained they would ignore and never get back to me. Ive looked after the property very well, and i didn’t get the deposit easily. I don’t think anyone can get a deposit with this agency.

The property was marketed and presented to a very high standard, and all referencing and paperwork were handled quickly and professionally. As tenants, we’ve always felt fully supported – any queries or maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The team are friendly, approachable, and always easy to get in touch with, which has made our renting experience so much smoother.    We rented a managed property through Belvoir for 6.5 years. Hands down best renting experience we had. Communication was superb, a very pragmatic and caring approach to dealing with us, effective system to manage any minor fixes required and was great during our moving out process too. Thoroughly recommend Ann and the rest of the office, shame we couldn’t find somewhere else managed by them as they made renting during a stressful period nation-wide a stress free experience. Wishing the company all the best, and would happily recommend to any potential landlord lords or tenants.

   This is the worst agency that I’ve ever come across - extremely rude and unhelpful ! I would not recommend it to anyone ! Me and my housemates had a terrible mould issue at our rented house and the agency completely ignored us for months despite our consistent requests to take action. In the end we had to move out of the house and we didn’t even get our full deposits back as apparently we were supposed to clean up the mould which was most likely poisonous and extremely harmful to us. Dealing with Belvoir was actual hell and cost us so much stress, avoid at all cost !!!!!!
