   Has taken over a month to issue a AST after all documents sent. Requested a refund over a week ago and still nothing. No communication or response to emails. Worst agents I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!

   My whole sales process was not an easy task, and there were many factors that made it drag. However, I found Your Move to be very helpful and attentive, not just Azra who was the agent I dealt with directly, but Scott as well, and others who picked up the work if the others weren't about. Your Move Watford work as a team, and go above and beyond, and are very communicative. Its not common to find an estate agent that is as attentive as they have been, without trying to push something, and others just switch off and was their hands of you. Your Move are different, they take sales seriously, not just from the offer being accepted, but right up until completion.
