   Everyone was so helpful and supportive, especially Katie and Paul. We had a few bumps along the way as most people do, but Katie kept in touch with us all the way through. She was always happy to help with any queries, and we never had to chase her she was very aware of what we needed at every step of the process and liased so well with everyone else involved. We went with the recommended solicitors and mortgage advisor, it was definitely worth it. They all communicated really well to get our move finalised.

   Booked one viewing with Imagine and that property turned out to be the one. I was just so lucky to be dealing directly with Lee Martin the new home associate director. Very friendly, reliable and approachable, he never failed to either pick up the phone or ring back even responded by emails on his holiday and helpfully acted as an intermediary between me and my vendor! Lee is absolutely amazing. Brilliant service and always on hand to provide advice and support. He helped make the whole experience a lot less stressful. I can not thank him enough for ensuring developer didn’t withdrawn with my very slow mortgage process. He’s also helped to rent the property while waiting to complete and I’m very grateful for everything he’s done for me. I can’t speak highly enough of him and the team. 100% recommend to all our friends. Best Honey

   The team at Imagine have been fantastic in selling and purchasing our house! Lee from imagine new homes was especially great! we first met him in the waiting area then the following day in his office to purchase a new build property. After reserving our property with Amber, who was also very helpful, our own house was under offer with imagine Bushey after a couple of weeks. Lee and Katie Rowe, sales progresser, then helped us enormously in selling our property after being in a really difficult long chain and after a long journey, with plenty of ups and downs, we finally exchanged on our new house. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them. They communicated with us throughout and they have been amazing and really cared about our sale, I highly recommend them. I would also like to mention Alison who has been fantastic in looking after our new house and reporting on any issues we have had to the developers. Mr Gandhi
