I have liaised with Wiktoria for the last 5 years. Sometimes I have to work with a new agent BUT they are never like her, so I go ask for her again. She is not a one sided agent. I have had great experience from Hunters Harrow On The Hill , me and my family were looking for family home two years ago and Wiktoria and her team were amazing . Been their tenant since and only want to rent from them .
Not family friendly .Would not recommend . I had a viewing today, we are a family of three. My husband, myself and our 3 year old . We booked a viewing of a 2 bedroom flat. When i showed up with our toddler the estate agent started saying we werent booked in to view (i was on time and there was no one else there to view it ) i had to get my husband who was at work to send me the confirmation email with the date and time and she proceeded to tell me it wasnt enough of a confirmation . We went back & forth about 15 mins (still no one else there to view the flat though she kept pretending to wait for someone else . ) my husband then called her and she told him the second bedroom wasnt very big anyway and wasnt suitable for a family . Isnt that for us to decide? Also at no point when we booked the viewing were we told no childern . In the end she refused to show me the flat. Im North American and over there this behaviour is illegal and discrimination .

Unprofessional and unhelpful. We would give 0 stars if there was an option for it for the service we received from Hunters Harrow on the Hill Estate agents. They lacked in communications and didn't keep us updated on the progress of the flat which we reserved off plan in April 2020. They kept on giving different completion dates when asked. Initially were told that it would be completed by Q3 in 2021. We are now in 2022 and the flats are nowhere near completion. The layout plans for the flat kept on changing as well. They told us that they work for the developers and were quick enough to give us an ultimatum to provide solicitor details or the flat goes back on the market the next day, but they didn't find it important to answer our queries which were raised since June 2021 i.e room sizes, final floor plan etc. As the developer threatened to put the flat back on market we asked for our deposit back which was refused. We wanted happy memories buying our flat and this was just giving us nightmares. Hence we decided to send our last email to Hunters stating that we are not interested in the flat and they can keep our deposit as charity The so called sales negotiator called and told he will get back to us as he didn't want to lose us as customer, but till today he has not got in touch with us. We do hope that they use our Charity on improving their communication skills and improving their services.
