   Organised a mass viewing for a property, with 20 people in a small flat. Didn’t bother to have the place cleans and the icing on the cake was that there was no electricity so we couldn’t see how bright the place was. When I asked Harry the agent if he could turn it back on he suggested we view the rooms with the flashlight on our phones. Disgusting behaviour, I am never going near this agency again, they treat tenants worse than cattle. I guess this is what landlords look for now.

   Worst agent so far. The agent gave us a date and time, didn't let us choose availability, Harry was late and unapologetic. It was a mass viewing, the agent waited outside while everyone went inside. It was misleading, the double room was a single, not as advertised. Was disappointing to say the least.
