I really liked not only their professionalism, but also the "personal" touch, which was very welcoming, being a newcomer to the country. Vishal and Suzy never got tired of my repeated requests and questions, and were always ready to provide help and professional advice.    My experience with Townsends Northwood was the best ever. I would say they are the best estate agent in the Area. Especially George Spencer from Townsends Northwood was exceptional, he went extra mile to help me and provided the best customer service, he was responding to all of my emails straight away, he was giving me constant update and liaising with the solicitors and sellers directly and efficiently, he got the things done very quickly. I am so pleased and grateful that my estate agent was Townsends and George was dealing with me. I would recommend them 100%, very genuine, honest, and transparent to deal with.

   Townsends Estate Agents in Northwood are great! I chose Townsends for their expert local knowledge as I know they are worth their weight in gold. They are small but can devote more time for you, showing the buyers around the house. They found me a number of potential buyers and even though there were some initial teething challenges, they successfully navigated through them and my house has now exchanged. I am very pleased with their polite, efficient, and helpful service as well as the good advice provided along the way.
