   Very bad managment . The lift was broken but there was no sign or anything to show that it was broken and got stuck halfway. Stuck in there for a good 25 min and had to call the firebrigade . Please improve because this is not acceptable.

   Swimming pool is broken,and the gym is broken for years . They are not even trying to fix it but the good thing is that there are loads of children to play with . Also the fire alarm goes on really early in the morning for no absolute reason. So they should really improve

   Well, last year I stayed at this facility with my family at my son's Flat on the 2nd floor here. Location is ideal to reach for shopping, UG Trains, City bus stops, Mosque nearby, Hotels & Restaurants, all within easy reach. Of course, the building needed a face-lift, elevators inside needs replacements.

   Its been 2 and half years I am staying in this apartment. Pros : - Situated in Prime location. Everything is within the range of 5 mins walk including tube and bus station. - Quit cheap in comparison with other apartment. - Parking is available. - Neighbours are good. You will get nice social connect. If you have kid they will also get company to play. - The flat where I stay has abundant abundant of sunlight (its rarely sunny in London :) ), light, fresh air irrespective of any weather condition . - Balcony size is awesome. Kind of mini cricket/foot ball ground. Nice for gardening. Cons : - Severe problem of my flat is insulation. In winter my flat becomes refrigerator. Every year we do winter proofing without any success. - Very small flats. - Almost no storage available for suitcases, grocery, utensils. - An unwanted pillar in I think every flat occupying many space. - Overall condition of flat is not good - flooring, bathroom tiles, almirah. - When it rains my balcony become swimming pool (5th floor). Leakage from top floor.

   Mindi is a star. He managed to do what Met police couldn’t do. He also went out of his way to secure a place to keep my belongings safe. He gave exceptional service that was beyond his call of duty. Thank you Mindi, I hope and pray that you are here for a long time to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Excellent concierge service. Mark is an exceptional concierge and provides amazing support. He is extremely helpful and trustnworthy. Nice building to live and great local amenities. However there is a need for refurbishment.

   Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy excess to the building. Few parking just outside which is convenient. If it's full they have multi storey car park too. They have pool and gym. Good location if you want to stay in city centre or close to shops.
