   Updated Feb 2023. More evidence to follow once we have got a conclusion from the courts. This estate agent ( Khurram and his son Zain) and his associates are a bully. I rented a shop next dood to them. They would harass me with landlords unfair demands regarding electricity. The landlord Kassam who was stealing electricity from me was associated with Cosmo When Harrow council decided to put a 5G tower in front of his shop Kassam my landlord was the first to object to Harrow council. That got me thinking! Later I discovered that the tenant who was being provided electricity from shop apparently was also billed. I had thought the tenant was landlords relatives. When I once approached them they also were upset with such high energy bills. I complained to Cosmo but could not understand why he would not take any steps. Then luckily the tenant ( who has sadly ) now passed away provided me with their electric bills. I was shocked to see Cosmo was collecting cash money from this tenant. Pictures to follow shortly which confirms Cosmo accepted cash to the time of a thousand pound a term. No wonder now landlord steaks from me and the tenant and Cosmo gets a commission What a clever conman Cosmo is. They continued their bully even after I vacated the premises. Now I am challenging them in court. My barrister is so confident about the fraud that he has confirmed Cosmo will lise in court and will have to pay up the court fees. I will be posting updates here as we go. Since court procedures take months to complete you will have to wait.    The team there were very professional, on time and healpful . Khurram and Zohaib dealt with all our requests in professional manor and speed ...we moved in to our rented flat with no issues.    I had a lovely experience with Cosmo Estates. I walked in as I was passing by. The team was amazing, and very warm and welcoming. I got my flat within a week, especially in these funny Covid times!, I have now settled in very well. I just looked at some of the reviews and it’s a shame to see how some people are writing “Stay away”. I think there are some inappropriate shameless people out there who trying to shame this agency…. Perhaps because of jealousy and competition !!! , and using the same words saying “Stay away”. Please don’t go by reviews but walk in for yourself and see your experience with Zohaib and Khurram. They went into details whilst doing the paper work and guided me through all the steps. Thanks Guys I’m definitely coming back and recommending my friends and please DON'T STAY AWAY!!!.

   If I had 10 Stars, I would give all of them to Cosmo. Firstly to start with all the staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming. Unlike other agency Cosmo agency is very transparent in how much fees they charge, what's the expected rent and what would be accepted by landlord. I would like to give special thanks to Khurram, who's a very kind and intelligent man. He has been very responsive and manage to get me the type of flat I was looking for. He introduced me to the landlord and negotiated the best price for me. I asked Khurram to convince the landlord to get the kitchen fixed before I move in, he offered me a solution where I can move in 2 weeks earlier than the stipulated date and was given 3 weeks of rent free period, and in that period the work was done. Khurram personally visited the flat 2-3 times, to make sure everything is order. I have just finished my tenancy and looking forward to buying my own place. Within in three days of check out, my deposit was refunded without any deduction.

   We've had an excellent experience with Cosmo estates. The eagerness and ease of finding our new home for us was perfect. Khurram and zohaib really helped with finding us lots of possible locations that met our criteria and then ensured the smooth transistion of securing our new place once we had chosen. They even went the extra mile and recorded a video of the property for us as we couldn't make a second visit. Top notch service! :)
