   I was skeptical at first - the room and house I was renting seemed very good, modern and decent size, all at a reasonable price (for London standards). What's more, I wasn't sure about the deposit situation - there was no deposit but you paid your last month up front. I assumed I would be billed when I moved out. I made sure to clean as thoroughly as possible but was still expecting charges, however they chose not to charge me anything. Kingdom Houses are also very responsive and it's easy to navigate documents and issues via the online portal they use. Really positive experience overall and was refreshing to have a responsive, understanding landlord that wasn't looking to just take money from you wherever they could. Thanks for everything guys.

   Terrible agency with no respect for the law or their tenants. They have accessed my room multiple times without notice and their attitude surrounding this issue has been appalling. Avoid them like the plague…

   My experience with Kingdom houses has been really great. Maintenance and other issues are addressed quite readily, and it has a great rent model for first and last month. The rooms given to me were quite clean as well. Overall, I'd thank Kamil and Adina for their services, they have been super nice.

   I would definitely recommend renting with Kingdom Houses. I rented with them for 13 months and from the beginning they were extremely helpful, and quick to respond. The house I stayed in was spacious, up to date, very clean and great value for money, especially in London. The reason I left was because I was moving out of London.

   One of the employees from Kingdom Homes was doing a great job clearing the garden in the next door property. Incredible to see him load all the rubbish and garden waste into his van and remove, rather than just add to the house rubbish. He was also very kind and polite, moved van when asked and generally I would be happy to have him work in my home
