Great place to live. Super comfortable rooms, nicely located and the management, especially Selna, is super helpful and warm. Highly recommend for students/young professionals!
My son lived here for 6 months and was happy with the accomodation. Good location close to station, shops, gym etc. Selna is friendly and helpful so big thank to her and all staff. It is a bit expensive but worth it!
Pros: good location, nice and responsive onsite staff, good flat neighbours, very close to shops and train/bus stations. Cons: ground floor flats are not well sound insulated and very noisy, rent was about 15-20% more expensive than market value, lack of attention to tenants health and well being from head-office staff (etc Zak).
This was a really lucky find, I am so glad it was where I ended up after having to quickly find somewhere to live for a six-month contract in London. The building manager Selna really put in the time, made sure I was able to move in to the building around the start date for my job and helped settle me in when I arrived after a long train ride. The rest of the staff were really friendly as well and always made sure to check in the whole time I was there. The studio was a good fit for this kind of stay - It’s a large amount of space for London, nicely decorated and you get a good view of the high street if you’re staying in during the day. Along with this there's a kitchen unit and bathroom which were really decent along with a communal laundry room on the ground floor. There's also an option for a really fair priced cleaning service you can opt for separately which on some busy weeks was perfect. I honestly couldn’t have found a better location for working in central London, there’s an overground and underground station less than 5 minutes walk away, along with bus stops right outside the front door. Supermarkets and other stores for everything else you will need are all a short walk away too. Despite this the building is quiet, neighbors and other guests were really respectful and friendly. Overall, you’d struggle to find somewhere else like this – They’ll make sure you’re taken care of, good quality spaces and the transport links are fantastic for getting around London. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and I'll be trying to get back in whenever I have to work in the area.
I have lived here for 1 year and must say that is was absolutely amazing. Perfect location with many shops, tube and buses no more then 5 min walk. The place is new and well maintained. The bathroom is my favourite part big and bright. Laundry service available in the building also always nice and fresh to use. The best part about this building is the staff they are all very friendly and always happy smiling, happy to help any time. I would not have moved out however did not work under the circumstances. If I was to be back in the area would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything
I am new to London and saw maybe 25 apartments during my housing search. Of them all, this one was easily the best one. The facilities are all amazing, extremely clean and the staff is phenomenal. Selna and her team promptly answered the MANY MANY questions that I had prior to moving in. Their turnaround time was also amazing with me, finding myself able to move into the apartment the day I signed the lease. Selna and her team were gracious, kind and just the most amazing people to work with. If you are on the fence/trying to choose between Kilburn and any other apartments, hop off it and go immediately with Kilburn. You will not regret it.
I've lived here for 3 months and it has been the best 3 months of living in London I've had in 2 years since moving to the city. The building is safe and secure, with so much to do in local area. The staff are all friendly and will do anything for you, especially Selna, she has personally sorted so much for me and made living here such a comfortable experience. Would highly recommend!
