   I have lived at Clay for almost four years now, having moved in before the Clay management took over, so I have seen the full transition. The early stages came with challenges, from staff changes to delays and limited resources, but it is great to see how far things have come. There is now a strong and proactive on-site team that communicates clearly and gets things done. I recently renewed my contract for the fourth time, and the process was smooth from start to finish. My apartment was freshly painted, and the furniture was upgraded, which made a real difference. A big thank you to Laszlo, who is a familiar face and always kind, professional, and committed, and to Jawwad, who took the time to explain things properly and follows through with fast results. The improvements across the building are noticeable, and the team deserves credit for the positive impact they have made. I am happy here and grateful to see Clay moving in the right direction.

   I want to highlight Miguel’s work as part of Clay’s maintenance team. He is an outstanding professional with a strong customer oriented spirit. He is very polite, craftsman and knows how to deal with customers in a very calmed and skilled manner. I would definitely recommend his service and push to promote him to lead the maintenance team due to his more than excellent attitudes and aptitudes for the job.

   I moved to Alto flat a month ago in a 2 bed flat and it is a wonderful property indeed. I particularly like the co-working space where I have enough space to work and do my applications. I truly commend the patience and cooperation from Perry Maxwell, the leasing associate while booking the flat. Moreover, I also appreciate sincere cooperation from the GM, Scott for his assistance in sorting out some issues in the flat. I highly recommend moving here as the flats are really awesome.

   I’m really happy with my 3-bedroom flat in Alto — it’s absolutely amazing! Located on the 15th floor, it comes with a large terrace that offers great views. My bedroom is fully equipped with all the essential furniture, and the kitchen is spacious and fitted with quality white goods. The agency has been excellent throughout my experience. Laszlo was very responsive and went above and beyond — he even showed me the property after his working hours and made sure our contract was finalized on time. Scott, the manager, has been fantastic as well — he ensures everything runs smoothly and proactively checks for any potential issues. And a big thanks to Miguel, the maintenance all-rounder, who fixed any problems quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great flat managed by a professional and caring team. Highly recommended!

   We had just moved into Alto, which has been a lovely place so far. As we were settling in and getting familiar with the apartment, we noticed a few items that needed additional repairs. Thankfully, Miguel, the handyman, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Despite his busy schedule, Miguel quickly reached out to coordinate a time that worked for us and was very respectful of our availability. He handled multiple repairs with efficiency and care, always taking the time to explain what he was doing and what needed follow-up. He even took the initiative to start the process on items that required more time or parts, ensuring nothing was left unresolved. Throughout it all, Miguel remained patient, professional, and incredibly friendly—which made a great impression, especially as new residents. We’re very grateful for his hard work and commitment to making sure our apartment felt like home. Thank you, Miguel!

   The entrance to this building and their lounge is amazing. I live nearby and can't wait to move jato this building sometime soon! The views from the top flats towards the gardens and the pond is brilliant. Also love how thoughtfully the apartments have been made. And as usual, tipi is the best agent.

   I rented from Tipi for one year in Alto apartments. I am overall disappointed by the service and experience that I had while staying at Tipi. The apartments are not nice enough to justify the extremely high cost you are paying for them. There are student halls down the road from Alto apartments that have loud parties and when the games are going on at Wembley stadium you are trapped in your flat. In Alto the upper floors are used as a hotel and new people are coming into the apartment complex all the time. There is a deposit for people that are new to the UK and do not have credit history yet. I was also required to pay 6 months rent up front. People like to smoke outside on their balconies and because there is no AC you are forced to smell it. Tipi did not do very much to deal with smokers even though it is not allowed. They will raise your rent when you sign a new rental contract and try to get more rent from you when you tell them in advance your move out date. The management is disorganized and sends you to many different people to solve problems. I would highly reccomend not staying here for the reasons listed above.

   Great example of a failure to provide affordable housing for ownership in London - The establishment provides rental only apartments - i.e. forcing the occupier to rent rather than OWN... How the government allowed this to pass is beyond me. A great example of a system which allows the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer. I also wonder if Tipi gave some backhanders to Sadiq to get this passed?... Probably.
