Adam Hill, Emily Gibbs, and the rest of the team are extremely helpful, professional and communicative. They are very easy to work with and seemed to do their best to try to make both tenant and landlord happy. I have engaged with Madison Brook for several months now, and although there were some hiccups with the property developer side, the agency was keen to keep customers satisfied, even those at the lower end of the financial scale.
