   This company acts like a slum landlord I lived in one of there managed property's as a emergency housing tenant for 3 years they have left me in debt after not paying any council tax bills which was included in the rental charges and the property did not meet the official size requirement standards they never respond and they constantly lie I would never let them manage my property as the place was so run down even air bnb took them off the site because of the conditions I am in the process of recovering the funds through county court to recover what they owe me. They never looked after any properties in the house I stayed in and after reading the reviews it seems to be a pattern of their behaviour along with the blatant lies by email or phone

   I unfortunately had the experience of dealing with this company last year, the owner turned up had a look round and insisted I signed the contract immediately. My instinct told me not to and I did not, they are a terrible company, please do not use them. Update I have noticed the positive reviews, they are definitely fake. Further update. One of the properties managed by Quartz located very close to where I live, has had broken windows for the last few months. The property looks in disrepair, there is a family living in that property. Appalling management service.

   Wished there was a no star rating Shocking and poor company to have any kind of dealings with. Took 5 emails until I got a half respond. To which they then feed lies and no action was ever taken. They don't take care of the properties which they let out. Rubbish everywhere overgrown in both front and rear gardens. I would advise anyone to save urself the bother and stay clear of this company.
