We rented our place via Mostyn for five years and I can honestly say they are one of the nicest and professional estate agents I have ever come into contact with. Not only did they always respond to our needs in a positive way but they also went beyond the call of duty at time (like when my partner locked himself out the flat). Thanks a million guys
Without doubt the worst letting agency I have come across. I rented from them for 2 years on Maycross Avenue Morden and when I complained about a un flashed chimney breast that was allowing damp and mould to grow on the wall of the living room I and my young family were evicted. No rent arrears, no complaints an almost perfect tenancy until I asked for a problem to be fixed. I spent christmas in St Geroges with my son with pneumonia. It's taken me three years to write this review and I bet you thought I'd gone away but a recently new poor letting agency has reminded me just how awful you were. It's a shame we were evicted before the environmental health officer visited. In response to the comment below pls explain to everyone why we were evicted then and why environmental services did not have an opportunity to visit.
Mostyn Management have ruined my flat, they manage a block of 5 flats in Surbiton. They organised a new roof for the building. My previously pristine damp free top floor flat now has major damp issues in 3 rooms. They visit, say 'yes its damp' shrug their shoulders and leave. I would not recommend Mostyn management.
Had a great experience renting a property managed by MML. Easy to deal with when queries arose and with a much more personable and reasonably priced service than most letting agencies in London. Would recommend finding a property through them if looking to rent in London.
In September 2011 I relocated to Australia and decided to rent out my two-bed Wimbledon apartment. At first I thought I could manage it myself from abroad, but quickly decided it wouldn't be ideal. Mark and his team at Mostyn were looking after my neighbour's apartment, and my neighbour highly recommend them. From the first meeting Mostyn were thorough, honest and extremely professional. And they remained so for the next four years. They made sure my tenants were reliable and trustworthy and they looked after them as much as they looked after my interests as a flat owner. I didn't once have to worry about my property - they managed it smoothly and professionally the entire time. Many estate agencies promise the earth just to get your business. But it's abundantly clear Mostyn have your best interests at heart. If your looking for someone to manage your property I couldn't recommend anyone better.
