I rented a lovely flat on King's Road through Rosewood last year, and they've been incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whenever something needed fixing, they responded to emails promptly, and Manu, the handyman, was always quick to repair things. The staff are very friendly—Mohsin was a great help when I first moved in, and special thanks to Tan, who made the checkout process much smoother and saved me a lot of effort. Even though Rosewood is a small company, their service and properties are excellent. I highly recommend them!
Very poor experience throughout my rental period. Allayen made every process exceptionally difficult, every step was unclear, he was slow to reply to emails, and almost impossible to contact via phone, as well as being quite rude. I had to break my lease due to unfortunate circumstances and Allayen had no empathy in quite a difficult time. I would this avoid this agency if you can

Having rented across London for years, Rosewood has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Samir who showed me around and helped sign the paperwork was lovely but apart from that, my experience was terrible. I rented a small studio flat that constantly had problems. For over five months in winter I had no heating or hot water consistently. I had mice which were leaving droppings regularly and I provided evidence of. I had a landlord who was letting herself into my flat when I wasn't there regularly. The property was meant to be managed by Rosewood but I only ever had contact directly with the Landlord. Who most of the time ignored my messages or emails while trying to get the heating and hot water sorted. When I rang Rosewood to explain the problems I was having and that the landlord was refusing to do anything about the water, heating and mice etc. there response was "it sounds like you should just move out". Legally, so many boundaries were crossed here and I ended up moving out as I was getting ill and my property became unliveable in due to the weather and lack of heating and water. Having had help from another estate agent I didn't even rent from! Since Rosewood would do nothing, I even found out that the property I was living in had been converted illegally during lockdown with no planning permission. Furthermore, none of the compliance checks were done because of this the gas and electrical safety were not complete. Which is illegal, I was also not provided with the compliance checks when I signed my contract which again is illegal. And because of this, leads me to believe that the entire building is unsafe with all the other flats in due to the works being done on a budget and not passing any safety testing. I would avoid Rosewood at all costs due to complete lack of professionalism, service and inability to do the job of an estate agents.
Unbelievably exceptional service, we are new in London and were in contact with Allayen Leong Tan and it was totally a fantastic experience in renting the property. the description and pricing and responsiveness in communication was amazing. The process went super smooth and without any hickup. Allayen Leong Tan supported even after we moved in sorting up things like bills communication with landlord etc. Experience could have never been better. :)
