   My experience has been pretty positive with Ashtons. Zoe, specifically, is very helpful and responsive to any enquiries I have. As a whole, the process was transparent and communication was great throughout. There were slight issues with the landlord which Zoe handled very professionally and my flatmates are quite happy with the flat and service. Would highly recommend!

   I have had an excellent experience renting a flat with Ashtons. They (and, in particular, Zoe) were extremely quick to respond as well as informative and efficient in problem solving in order to make both parts happy. In a very professional way, they tried to accomodate my needs in all directions while remaining extremely loyal to the landlord and honest in terms of what was feasible. This is the first time I rent a flat on my own and it made all the difference to me to deal with friendly, honest, and respectfull real estate agents. Not only it made me feel safe and secure about the rental decision, as well as very aware about what is to be expected in the near future. I am extremely happy with my choice and could not recommend this estate agency highly enough!

   Great service from Ashtons. Found my new place through them. Very good and efficient communication between 1st viewing and contract signing. They really helped me find a pet friendly place which can be very tricky in London! Very quick answering emails and chasing my enquiries with the landlord. Couldn't fault it. Zoe was very professional and super helpful. Would definitely recommend! Professional and efficient from start to finish.

   I recently let my flat through Ashton's. Overall, I found them to be very thorough and professional, whilst at the same time being flexible and pragmatic. The property was let out within a few days of it going on the market and the entire transition process was smooth. Ashton's handled everything including the cleaning, EPC, Gas certificate and minor works that had to be done. In particular Josh is very approachable and offers a personalized service. I would highly recommend - great quality and at the same time, value for money.

They manage my property too; Josh, the owner, is very attentive and helpful. They’re the loveliest staff; both Hannah and Zoe are kind and always willing to assist if there’s anything I need. They’ve gone the extra mile for me and I’d 300% use them again if I move in the future and have recommended them to friends.
