Mice infestation in many flats across the Beaufort Park complex. I know other residents who are not happy with the management of Beaufort Park and have waited a long time for serious action to be taken.

Mice running inside the walls in newer buildings on the 4th floor About 10 flats affected on the floor and no proper action. The spa and gym are nice, the staff is good, but management too weak. Think twice before committing to a mortgage or purchase.

Beaufort Park is a prime example of developer-controlled management gone wrong. Every year the service charge goes up, yet nothing improves. The same poor contractors are used - slow, overpriced, and clearly picked to pad someone’s pocket rather than deliver value. Residents pay thousands a year for “management” that does little more than send emails and excuses. Now, after four quiet years, they’ve suddenly started sending legal threats over balcony screens and ring doorbells (being there from the beginning), all while doing absolutely nothing about parcel thefts, poor security, or constant maintenance delays. It’s obvious what’s driving it - the developer wants everything to “look neat” because a new block completed, with apartments that need to be sold, and the management company does whatever they say. We as residents pay the bills but have zero control. The freeholder dictates everything, and the managing agent simply enforces it. It’s an unbalanced, developer-led system where residents are treated like revenue, not people. Until residents take back control through a Right to Manage, this place will keep looking good in brochures and feeling rotten to actually live in.

We have been living here for six months. The surrounding area and cleanliness are well maintained, and the swimming pool and gym are included in the price, which is a great advantage. However, I would like to raise a concern about parking. Although there are cameras, unfortunately, if something happens, no one will assist you. My bicycle wheels were stolen, and when we asked the assistant security to check, nothing was done. In practice, nobody takes responsibility for security issues.

The most terrible management. Even as a home owner the managers not respecting you, always causing problems, charge a lot of money for service charge but do absolutely nothing. Everyone want to change the management, even the new one who has recently been changed. Absolutely useless management. They can not provide any help for residents, only making our life difficult.

I’ve owned an apt here for over 15 years and I think it’s a great community. Feels safe, communal areas well kept, building is so well insulated I rarely have to switch on any heating. Spa is a huge benefit and lots of great amenities around - food places getting better all the time. External areas around entrance (Heritage Ave) looking a bit grubby but I understand this is to undergo cleaning during 2023. People moan a bit about the upkeep of the development but it’s far better than most developments across London.

Used to be nice. Now it’s filled with crime, loud music, drug dealing and people shouting at all the time. The rent prices are through the roof and the safety is very poor. CCTV is present, although the footage is never provided to solve crimes now help residents.

Great development but why do the concierge keep closing roads at night? The middle road is closed at night meaning I have to sit in traffic instead of coming though a development I OWN a property in!
