Asad and his team have managed our property whilst we are living overseas for the past 4 yrs. They are excellent at what they do and are friendly and reliable. Asad is great at negotiating between tenants and landlord. They often go above and beyond what you may expect from usual letting agents. They also have a maintenance team who offer good rates and are reliable (if you want to use different workmen you can).
