He made the whole letting process easy, taking time to explain everything clearly and understanding our situation. Booked an apartment through Fletchers Chiswick. They took a week to check that everything is working, but when I moved in turned out that water heater is not working. So there was no hot water and no heating. Was calling them 3 times on Sunday just to order an emergency service, because boiler was leaking - master came after 5 hours.. We’re leaving in a hotel for several days just because the water heater is still damaged and they are trying to fix it. They are not ready to take expenses for the hotel, as well as at least recognise that the team who checked the apartment did not work properly. Fletchers are trying to make landlord to pay us expenses for the hotel. Not ready to take responsibility for anything. They are a joke, not a reliable service. Very unprofessional UPD: after several back and forth, they agreed to pay for the hotel. We told that we do Have an expert report from British Gas, they’ve agreed to pay 300 GDP for the hotel (3 nights).
I have to say, I have rented properties all over the world. The UK can be a tricky place to rent. The team at Fletchers in Chiswick west London are absolutely phenomenal!! They are the most professional team I have ever worked with hands down. They’re extremely quick, polite, the hustle to get you what you need. They’re brilliant. The agent that dealt with my property was Narmin Anadif. Narmin is exactly what a letting agent should be. At every step of quite a challenging process Narmin was right there. As part of house-hunting, we went through many letting agencies, however Fletchers stays our top favourite - some of the best houses we saw, one of the most professional agencies and people. After confirmation, because of company reasons, when we had to take the offer back, she and the landlord were kind to accommodate and refunded initial deposits as it was a genuine one. Can't recommend Leigh and Amy enough. By far my favourite estate agents I dealt with in a v. stressful rental search, as an 8-month-pregnant person! They are friendly, down-to-earth, compassionate and honest, and genuinely try their hardest to find you properties, without sugarcoating or trying to sell you on things - which needless to say is not what you always get with agents! Even though we preferred a flat in a different area, so went with someone else in the end, both Amy and Leigh will stick in my mind and I thoroughly recommend their services to anyone who needs help finding a property!
My wife and I have received an exemplary level of service from Tina Stres at this office. She actually listens to our preferences, responds quickly and is always punctual to viewings. Whislt she hasn't yet found the perfect flat for us yet (to be fair, we are very particular) no other agent has worked as hard or provided us with as many quality, potential properties to consider. Amazing service by Yasmin! (rental) We had been really struggling to find a flat for a couple of months. We were lucky to come across Yasmin in this agency. She has a super amazing and efficient in finding us the right flat. Listened to our expectations and only looked for options that were in-line with those, something that doesn't EVER happen. Gone out of her way and even worked out of hours to support us. She made us feel comfortable that she worked equally for both ourselves and the landlord which is another thing you don't normally get with agents.
