If you are looking for an estate agent who will go above and beyond to help you buy or sell then Chris at Bairstow Eves, North Finchley is the estate agent to go to. I highly recommend Chris and all his team. I was purchasing in quite difficult circumstances and Chris was very kind, supportive and excellent at finding solutions and ways forward at various stages. I doubt very much that I will be moving from my lovely, newly purchased flat for quite some time, but if I ever do, I will definitely go back there again.
Only giving 5 stars as 6 stars is not an option! Couldn't recommend Chris and his team (Pervin & Handy) more highly. Our 'straightforward move' turned into a bit of a marathon. Chris was almost single-handedly responsible for making it pushing it forward and making it happen, but it was his kindness to my disabled and highly-stressed brother which really sets him apart and that we particularly appreciated. Chris encouraged my brother to come and see him as much as needed, never complaining when he arrived unannounced with a cup of coffee demanding immediate action, and providing us updates, emotional support and pep talks throughout. I can't thank him enough. A god among estate agents - use him before he moves on!!

Ivan Ziff, the lettings manager, at Bairstow Eves in North Finchley did a great job in handling a query from the council about my rented property. I just called him to get advice but he took the matter into his own hand, did the inspection on behalf of me at the property, and dealt with the council till the issue is closed in their end. I really appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
