My mom, two school-aged boys and I stayed an apartment at Enclave KX for 7 nights recently, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, the apartment was very comfortable and convenient, and the Cozy booking team was really responsive and terrific. The location was ideal for us-- right next to the beautifully re-developed Coal Drops Yard, which is full of great shops and restaurants, and a quick walk to many transit options in King's Cross and St. Pancras as well as to Camden Town. We travel frequently, and this was one of the best apartment rentals we've ever found. Highly recommended!

Enclave is a prestigious looking place with clean and spacious apartments for Airbnb. My family and I were pretty impressed with the place. Brightly-lit rooms. Quiet and private. With a common floor for social meet-ups. Within a few minutes walk is the Coal Drops Yard where there are plenty of shops and several cafes. A must-try is the Indian restaurant called 'Dishoom' @ Coal Drops Yard. Serves yummy food. Enclave apartments have good security and very friendly staff.

I’m currently staying in Enclave apartments in London and it’s not a pleasant experience. We booked 4 apartments 2 2-bedrooms and 2 3-bedrooms. We booked those through booking.com. Although the apartments are spotless and spacious with modern & comfortable furnishings and a great location (a walking distance from coal drops yard), the service & property management was awful. All beds in all rooms/apartments were queen beds with no options for twin beds or added extra bed, so if the room hosts 2 persons they have no options but to share the bed. The reception had one answer all the time “talk to property management through booking” so the only means of communication we had was a remote call or text with a personnel we don’t see in person and no one showed up to assist despite the number of apartments we booked and the period of time we are staying given the situation we faced at check in. Extremely bad check in experience. Vital items were missing in some apartments like trash bins and non functional light switches with same answer from reception “ talk to property management through booking”, not all apartments contained the same set of items, it felt like some items were there because a previous guest purchased them and left them there. We tried to book cleaning services through displayed contact in elevator with no response, we checked with reception and were told that we need to book them a week in advance as they are usually too busy to service all apartments ( 2 cleaning ladies for the whole building is what I understood), after sometime we managed to get cleaning services booked after 2 days (weekend) receptionists working hours during weekends is noon to 5 pm so good luck catching any of them if you are a tourist in London. Overall unpleasant experience so far, I’ll give them another review as I checkout to update my full experience. Update: We were denied building cleaning services and were directed by receptionist to contact “booking.com contact” to book cleaning as they don’t have authority to clean these apartments that are managed by a separate agency. After contacting property management for cleaning services, the nearest date we were given was Thursday (today is Monday and we’ve been trying to book cleaning since Saturday).

We stayed here when visiting London. This 2-bedroom apartment was stunning with modern design, and pretty spacious. The reason I chose this apartment because I wanted to stay close to King’s Cross station. It’s also close to Coal Drop’s Yard with great selection of street food, restaurant, coffee shops, bars and outdoor space for kids. There was also Co-op supermarket 3 minutes away by foot. 24 hours front desk was friendly and helpful. You have access to the gym room in the basement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It would be nice if umbrellas were provided in the apartment for use on rainy days. I”ll definitely stay here again if visiting London.

The building has premium decor, great communal spaces. Reception staff are very welcoming.

  2. Eleanor ★★★★★

The building is so well kept, ideal location as you’re only a few minute walk from the station and many restaurants and shops. Reception staff are lovely, always on top of parcels, post, questions and emails. Very friendly people. The communal area upstairs is great for productivity / working and also has a great view of london.

Extremely well presenting high end, brand new building with luxurious apartments to let, conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kings Cross station. Benefits from on site concierge, massive lobby with shared desks to work from, roof top terraces with co-working area with kitchen and meeting rooms. Really cool place to be at - location wise, design, space.
