I had a lovely stay in Jennifer's flat with my family which is only 10 minutes far from Victoria Station and just in front of useful bike-rental service. The flat is comfy, quiet and clean, beds and pillows are soft (maybe too much if you suffer from backache) and you can find any sort of accessories in the house, including electric adapters. I would recommend it to my friends.

I had a lovely stay at the Modern Bloomsbury Studio at Byng Place. I was there for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The flat was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The kitchen was convenient for cooking breakfasts in the morning, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean! The flat had all of the things I needed for my vacation. I was traveling alone and the flat was plenty large enough for me and could've fit at least one other as well. It was less than 5 minutes away from multiple underground stations with restaurants and pubs very nearby. I will definitely stay here again if I return to London!

I recently spent 13 nights at the Covent Garden Opera flat. The location is fabulous, with pubs, restaurants and stores all an easy walk away. The kitchen well equipped, and the furnishing more than adequate for a very comfortable stay. It is located on the interior of the block, with pedestrian only access, so it is very quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the streets only 2 minutes away. Jennifer was very quick to resolve the one issue I had, and made sure to let me know that a contractor would be in at some point to do a minor repair that had been previously reported. All in all, working with Jennifer was easy and stress free, just what I want for a relaxing vacation. I fully plan to see what they have available the next time I head to London.

We stayed at the Comfortable Waterloo Home for 7 nights. The home easily accommodated 5 adults and 1 toddler for sleeping arrangements. In fact, the manager brought us a brand new blow-up mattress the night we arrived, because our toddler was too tall for the provided pack-n-play (cot). What exceptional service! The only area that could use some improvements was the living room. There is a sofa that sat 3 adults and a chair for 1 adult, which left 1 adult on a dining room chair. After a long day of touring London, no one wanted the dining room chair. Maybe a sectional sofa or a love seat instead of the chair would help? The location was exceptional! Right between the Waterloo and Southwark stations, great for using public transit, or a short taxi ride to everything. There are good restaurants, pubs and grocery stores nearby. The home is above a daytime cafe which had some unusual smells in the mornings, but was closed by 5pm. The street is busy due to the theaters on either end. Overall a great experience. I'd highly recommend the London Agent and this home to anyone traveling to London.

The apartment was in a wonderful location and proved to be quite adequate for a week in London. The staff was very responsive to the minor problems we encountered (these would not be typical for other renters.). The furnishings are not luxurious as you can tell by the pictures, but the bed was quite comfortable and the entire apartment felt spacious. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the Pimlico Flat for 10+ days. It is a very comfortable 2 BR & 2 Bathroom flat, with a cozy sitting room that has a gas fireplace that came in handy on a few blustery days. The kitchen is well equipped except you need to bring your own coffee maker. There was a small coffee press with no base, so inoperable. The flat is down a flight a stairs so can be challenging for older travelers. I would definitely recommend this flat for an extended stay in London. It is located in between the Victoria and Pimlico tube stops and the 24 Bus stop is very close and takes you to major museum stops.
