Excellent location with helpful front desk staff. Room newly decorated and well fitted but let down by lack of king size bed. A 135 cm width bed is too small in the current market. The room is advertised as having a flat screen TV but it is inoperative in any function without payment , which is unknown to me at any price and not acceptable. There is easy on street parking on Saturday and Sunday in nearby streets.

PLEASE RUN AWAY!! I stayed 18 July ~ 25 July. I totally failed my summer vacation miserably. The shower in my room didn't work for a all full week. It doesn't mean the water pressure is a little weak. Literally the water doesn't come out at all. The custodian does not exist in the building. The management agency communicates remotely ONLY over the phone. The result does not change even if the call is made. No matter what I say, employee from remote managrment agency repeat "I understand you" like a parrot. Every time I hang up after I call back because the problem never solved. I had to tell the whole story from scratch with the new parrots. The check-in process was also immature. I spent an hour under the strong sun. The password the management company gave me on the phone was the wrong number. I could enter by combining numbers as if I were playing a room escape game. I booked and paid for the 27m2 room, but I was actually assigned a 20m2 scammer. The room was full of mysterious and disgusting smells similar to the smell of vinegar. In the refrigerator, there was a bottle of water left by someone. Please run away. I write this review based on humanity. I don't want anyone to have nightmares like me. The management company told me to relocate the accommodation and move by taxi. The company said they will pay for the taxi. Even the taxi fare was not refunded. (To explain briefly, I arrived at the accommodation that was rearranged, but it was not cleaned at all after someone checkout. So I had no choice but to return to the original accommodation.)

I stayed almost a year and enjoyed my time at Vernon House. Vernon House is a clean, tidy and secure building in a very central location. The flat was completely new and with full of light. The Management is also very responsive and helpful.

Great place and nice parks around the area. Member of staff were disorganised at arrival. We got our deposit back after a month, we called them twice and both time they forgot to process our deposit back to us. Not cool chasing them for basics things such a deposit.

This was the perfect place to start my journey in London. I lived for seven months in the flat and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while doing my master’s degree at UCL. The staff is very profesional and friendly, the place is located in an amazing neighbourhood with Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill across the road and lovely shops, bakeries and pubs around. I met incredible people and built long-term friendships. I would love to go back in the future! Thank you for everything.

I loved staying at Vernon House, it had all the things that I needed to get started with my new job in London during my first year. The location is great, the studio had all the things that I needed and the communal areas were the best, especially during lockdown. Every request was answered in a timely and friendly manner and the administrator and cleaning personnel are great.

I stayed here as a professional rather than as a student after getting an interim contract in the area. Whereas the studios with the bed on a mezzanine platform are really only for the young, the larger studios are very nice and more suited for the older renter. The studios are modern and fresh with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed - ideal when you need somewhere to crash after a long day at work and you don't want to flat-share. Great location - far enough away from Camden that its quicker to get to Primrose Hill when walking and the entrance to Regents Park is 2 mins from the front door. There is also a bus stop right outside ! Not cheap but nothing is to rent around this area - to add, its very safe and secure (again, unlike a lot of property to rent in that area) which was extra important to me as a woman renting on my own. There is also a property manager to provide support when needed (I think I still hold the record for the number of times I locked myself out). I always found them very helpful. If I get another gig in that area, this will be the first place I will check for availability. I rented here for 9 months.
