   Good morning, A day after the free cancellation period expired, the landlord forced us to cancel our reservation due to "unforseen circumstances." They didn't offer any solution, including covering the difference in booking costs (booking another property £66 more expensive), even though such obligations are stipulated in booking.com's terms and conditions. There was no further contact, and the landlord didn't seem to care what happened to the tenants or whether they had found an alternative. I don't recommend this place; this reservation was very stressful for us.

   It was simply convenient and cozy :) The check-in was super easy and the apartment was really nice. The hosts were so nice and helpful... I had troubles with the payment and they were so patient and helped me sort it out. So thank you again and looking forward to my next stay very soon :)

   Jenny, James and their team are just great people and amazing hosts! They'll give you any information or guidance you may need. They perfectly know the city and the places/venues to go to. Their apartments are all well designed and offer all the amenities you can expect from executive-type flats. I strongly recommend them should you pass through London or need to stay a few days.    Booked it on Booking.com and they changed the dates without consulting me and I noticed only 2 days before my flight. They never answer to the phone, it always goes to voicemail. I highly DO NOT recommend you book there.

   Having traveled to London multiple times for business over the past 14 months, this place has become my home away from home. I stayed at Urban Stay from April-June and again August-October of 2019, and for an additional 2 months and counting this year. First, I would like to compliment the staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and attentive to any problems that have come up during my stays. The facility itself is always clean, and everything in the apartment is well outfitted. Staying here as long as I have, the full kitchen is exactly what I need. The building is conveniently located across the street from Liverpool Street Station and Stansted Express bus. There are tons of great restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. We were spoiled for choice. Overall, very pleased with this place, and I will be back anytime I am in London.
