   awful service level firstly no answering calls after several over 10 times fibaly someone answered told me fill the form someone in 10min will call you which didnt I called no answer. next day I called the agent were rude to me: I said someone will call you you have to wait. today I called the property has someone given deposit. I been waiting calling no answer. please be aware od this agency ia not trusted they dont know what is quality service.

   Two major issues: 1. After moving out I haven't received my deposit back within specified time frame. When I have contacted Paul after nearly 2 months, I was told that they haven't got my bank account (seriously?, it was on a contract). They haven't even bothered to contact me about deposit return (maybe had a hope that I won't contact them) 2. Read carefully now - I was asked to hire a specific cleaner required by this agency as "they clean flats with 100% guarantee cleanness required by DeVere agency". I have paid £270 for cleaning flat, later received my deposit with £250,- deducted as "it wasn't cleaned good enough as expected", shame!

   I moved into my flat in 2016 and since then have been disturbed by tenants that De Vere move into the block. The first tenants were evicted due to drug use. The second tenant has caused constant unrest for residents with drug use, violence, property damage and antisocial behaviour. Paul is well aware of the issues and hasn’t resolved the matter. He ignores residents emails and is unresponsive. Zero stars. Avoid.

   As a landlord that has managed multiple properties for over 20 years across London, I deal with lots of letting agents, Paul and his team are great, very experienced and know the area as well as anyone. The tenants that De Vere find me generally stay for many years, this is because Paul is always very careful to find the right tenant for the right property. Can highly recommend.
